About Us

All our ingredients are locally sourced which guarantees complete freshness from supplier to table within hours. Everything used to stack and fill these fantastic sandwiches are prepared on site rather than being par-cooked elsewhere. We are specialists in the art of cooking large quantities of meat on a spit roast, this differs to the normal hog roast oven which the majority of companies use. Our meat is cooked on a rotating spit rather than sitting on a tray in a static oven. The result is the meat is cooked thoroughly and consistently across the whole animal, which may take a little longer but means that the meat is guaranteed to be juicy and moist, and that the crackling is perfect and crunchy.
